What shipping companies do you use?

Lyn’s crafts ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Does Lyn’s Crafts offer Free Shipping

Lyn’s Crafts is no longer offering free shipping within the U.S on our tangible products. Due to increased shipping and other cost we can no longer afford to offer free shipping. All orders will be charged the shipping rate from the carrier of choice based on the item weight and destination.

Lyn’s Crafts DOES NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING The buyer is responsible for all shipping changes and processing fees. For international orders the buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, customs fees and duties. Our orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL and  usually within 1 or 2 business days.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Lyn’s Crafts uses live rates from the USPS, UPS and DHL where available. That means that the rate you see is the rate charged by shipping company. There are no additional fees.

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping providers using the size and weight of the package being shipped and the distance from our location in Maryland. So shipping to New York will be cheaper than shipping to California.

What shipping Methods do you use?

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx as available methods. Your rate will depend on the shipper, size and weight of the item being shipped and desired speed of delivery.

  • First Class for packages weighing under 1 lb.
  • Priority Mail for package over 1 lb.

How long before you ship my order?

We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after receipt.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. You can track your order any time by using our tracking page or by going to the USPS website tracking page.

What happens if my order is lost?

This is rare but does happen. In the event of a lost order we will:

  • Work with the shipping company to see if the order can be located and shipped
  • Will send replacement products provided:
    • We have the products in stock
    • The order is not found by the shipping company
  • Will refund your order including shipping, if:
    • We don’t have sufficient inventory to cover the order
    • You request a refund

Do you ship internationally

Yes, we do ship internationally. There is no free international shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and customs fees.
